Bookit, a Finnish company that develops effortless customer experience services is expanding their operations to Sweden. The opening of an office in Stockholm is a result of company’s strong growth in the Swedish market.
“A significant portion of Bookit’s turnover already comes from Sweden. The new office will focus on strengthening our sales and serving our growing customer base. Effortless customer experiences and one-click solutions are especially interesting for customers in the logistics business,” says Jukka Salonen, the founder of Bookit.
Bookit’s clients in Sweden include PostNord, DB Schanker, and Vianor. Finns know Bookit solutions for example from services by Finnair, Posti, and VR.
“During the last year, we have started several pilot projects in Continental Europe and we are expanding there with a fast pace. Also in Finland, we are constantly looking for qualified professionals in the area of product development,” Jukka Salonen explains.
