ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 4 -- United States Patent no. 8,254,531, issued on Aug. 28, was assigned to Bookit Oy Ajanvarauspalvelu (Helsinki).

"This publication discloses a method for delivering messages in a telecommunications network.
